Location: Mayo St Arts (10 Mayo st, Portland ME – map), 8pm – midnight.
Saturday March 17th – with DJ Ney Melo (NYC)
Times and things:
$12, please remember to bring indoor dancing shoes to change into.
8:15 – 9 pm: warm up with contemporary and nuevo music: DJ Adira
9pm – midnight: DJ Ney Melo spinning Golden Age Tangos, Valses and Milongas

Milongas will be held on the 3rd Friday of the month in 2012 (except March : 3rd Sat, and April: 2nd Fri)

All levels of dancers gleefully welcomed! – try out your new shoes, ask someone you’ve never danced with before, meet local teachers…bla bla bla.
Golden Age and Contemporary Tangos, Milongas and Valses with a few surprises thrown in! Birthday Valses, Chacareras (we’re getting better!), yummy refreshments provided along with alt-bev (non-alcoholic), but feel free to BYOB.
Please bring indoor shoes, observe line of dance, try out your cabaceo, and clear the floor and find a new partner on the cortina ![]()

5-7pm Informal Milonga; You are very encouraged to sacrifice fashion for casual, Sunday afternoon comfort. All levels are very welcome.
Light refreshments served.
